We believe that all dogs are good dogs — and some may just need a moment to get comfortable. Our behavior modification programs are designed for dogs who need extra support to become behaviorally balanced.
We understand that behaviors like reactivity, aggression, and fear aren’t signs of a "bad dog" — they’re communication. A nervous dog lunging on the leash, a fearful dog hiding under the table, a defensive dog growling when someone gets too close — these are all ways your dog is telling you they feel overwhelmed. Our job is to help you understand what your dog is feeling, why they’re reacting that way, and how to guide them toward feeling safe, confident, and in control.
We take things at a pace that our dog clients are comfortable with, allowing them to blossom into their very best selves. Every behavior program begins with a consultation so we can assess your dog’s needs and create a plan together.
Behavior change only sticks when everyone is on the same page. We coach your whole family — kids, partners, anyone who interacts with your dog regularly — so the structure and boundaries we build carry over at home. When the whole household uses the same approach, even dogs with big challenges become balanced, confident family members.
Consultation required
All new behavior clients begin with a consultation so we can meet your dog, discuss goals, assess personality, gauge challenges, and create a training plan.
What to bring
A list of questions ready, plus any videos, pictures, or journaling of the behaviors. The more information we have, the better we can help.
Safety first
If your dog is acting aggressively, the first order of business is getting everyone safe. Every dog on property must have a proper fitting leash and collar at all times.
Vaccinations required
All dogs must be current and up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and Leptospirosis (for dogs over 35 lbs). Please bring proof of current vaccinations to your first session, and keep them current throughout your training program.
